Quite honestly, one of the best experiences I have ever had buying anything, period. Astasia was so incredibly helpful on the phone compared to every other store in the area, so I figured I had to stop in to learn more since I was still on the fence. Once I arrived, Astasia walked me through the different flooring options that she thought were right for me, and then showed me all the samples and colors that she thought my wife and I would like (she nailed it). There was zero pressure involved—only genuine help and care for my family and their needs.
I would highly recommend The Carpet Barn to everyone I meet, because not only was Astasia a pleasure to work with, but everyone in the store, all the way to the warehouse people, were just so nice to talk to and work with.

Had a wonderful experience. At the store, Don gave honest answers and good advice about the type of carpet we wanted and the padding. The installers were friendly and communicative. They did an excellent job and our carpet looks beautiful! We recommend Carpet Barn!

Don’t live in Billings and bought a property that needed carpet replacement. Mark was very helpful, went over there right away to measure, quote and then got the installation done the following week. Highly recommend!
